This exclusive enclave of Coledale is largely reserved for locals and enjoys the spoils of the coast while avoiding all the hustle and bustle. A five minute walk from Sharkies Beach and eight minutes from the village for coffee, cafes and restaurants it is the perfect location for peace and play.
The incredible swells of Coledale beach and the charming strip of cafes and shops is one of the most serene spots on the coast. You can take an early morning dip in the stunning ocean pool or splash the morning away in the kids pool. Be sure to stop for lunch at Chedo's and browse the unique home wares at Earth Walker. Head to Thirroul only 5 minutes further south and you have your pick of cafe's, supermarkets, restaurants and boutiques or drive north to the wonders of the Sea Cliff Bridge and the Royal National Park - Coledale is the ideal place to base yourself. Downstairs there is a full bathroom with a huge tub, separate shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 3 has its own ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The master bedroom has its own ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. There is also an extra powder room off the main living area upstairs.
You will be spoilt for choice with multiple living areas; downstairs features both a formal lounge looking out to the view and a TV room which can be closed off so all members of the family can enjoy the bliss. Upstairs there is a reading nook, TV area, dining area all open plan to the kitchen.
The sleek modern kitchen features a Miele induction stove, oven and griller, a full fridge and freezer, dishwasher and every cooking utensil you would need to cook up a storm.
The private sundrenched back yard offers a peaceful place to relax and sprawl out on the grass, while a choice of four balconies will mean the family can spread out. The upstairs balcony has a BBQ and is off the kitchen and dining room to make meals an easy affair.

This property backs onto the railway tracks as do most of the houses on this side of Lawrence Hargrave Drive. The noise from the passenger trains is moderate but the coal trains can a bit noisy if you are not used to it.

Explore the ocean baths and rock pools which are considered some of the most beautiful on the coast. Be sure to pop into the Coledale markets (fourth Sunday of every month) for artisan gifts and yummy food.
Although the tiny strip of shops in Coledale can be traversed in a few minutes its offering are rich. Cheddo’s café and restaurant has the flair, sophistication and freshness of any Mediterranean eatery with a light filled setting and pastries calling your name from the marble bar. The cellar next door has an impressive wine, cider and beer selection. Coledale RSL offers beverages at the best prices in town and Schnitzels that could feed a family.
