One of the most popular holiday homes Austinmer has to offer, it accommodates 10 guests comfortably with 4 bedrooms, 2 separate lounge/sitting areas plus a large separate dining area for enjoying some home cooking or local takeaway.

Perched on the headland this home enjoys a private and elevated position that allows the stress of the world to just drop away. But just 3 minutes in the car heading north and you will find the cafes and eclectic boutiques of Austinmer. Stop for a coffee at the well-loved AustiBeach Cafe or book in for a themed dinner at the Fireworks Cafe. Head to the newly built Headlands Hotel for a cocktail and breathtaking views. Pick up some unique gifts or treat yourself from the shops along Moore Street. You can then amble to Thirroul village only 5 minutes drive south. Stock up on groceries at the IGA or Coles, stop for a cold beverage at Ryans pub, get your caffeine fix at one of the many cafes or browse the boutiques. Set aside an afternoon to walk along the Sea Cliff Bridge and stop for lunch at the iconic Scarborough Hotel.Check out the EmeraldAqua discovery centre for more information about Wollongong and the Illawarra Coast.

The main bathroom features a bathtub, separate shower and vanity. The is a separate toilet. The master bedroom features an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.

Lined with windows along two walls the sunlight pours in and reveals views of the escarpment, sea and sky - you could easily spend your days just taking in the serenity. If you can take your eyes off the view then sink into the lounges with a good book or take in some TV or a DVD.Off this, the open plan dining room features a large dining table, linger over long lunches of fresh seafood and clink glasses late into the afternoon. A cosy lounge room at the back offers a comfortable spot to hide away with a book or chat to the chef as they prepare dinner. The kitchen features a new gas stove, electric oven, fridge, toaster, kettle with a good range of cooking utensils to prepare gourmet fare.

Take the time to read the paper and savour a coffee on the deck or bask in the sun lounges and listen to the waves. Kids can explore the nooks and crannies of the garden as you enjoy a BBQ under the pergola or set up a picnic on the grass and enjoy the shade of the trees.

This property is on a curved section of Lawrence Hargrave Drive so we advise that you use the driveway to reverse and only exit the home by turning left onto Lawrence Hargrave Drive and turning around at Sharkies beach if you are intending to travel south.

The house has a Nespresso coffee machine but you will need to bring your own pods.
