With four spacious bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps 8 guests and is surrounded by gorgeous native gardens and even has a pool for total relaxation. Decorated with vintage furniture, eclectic artwork and quirky decorations there is plenty to keep you interested both inside and out.

Point Street leads directly to the magnificent views of Bulli Point, the coastal bike path and beauty of Sandon Point and Bulli beaches. Set back a few blocks this house is positioned perfectly to access all beach but offers with quiet and privacy. With the bonus of a great coffee just across the road.
Made famous by its sought after surf break, Sandon Point is the highest point before you reach Thirroul. It offers incredible views of the coastline jutting out into the ocean, enjoy the spectacular show the sunrise puts on every morning.
Just amble down the road and you will find yourself on the coastal cycle path overlooking the Sandon Point surf break. Take the path down to the beach and explore the old boat sheds or simply take in the surfers riding the waves with impressive style.
This home offers all the spoils of summer living; swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, snorkelling, cycling, walking, running or simply just relaxing. Take a five-minute drive or twenty-minute bike ride to Thirroul where you will find shopping, cafes, restaurants and the vibrant buzz of a coastal village. Set aside an afternoon to cruise the coast road and take in the wonders of the Sea Cliff Bridge and stop for lunch at the iconic Scarborough Hotel, explore the many coastal bays, rock pools and beaches along the way.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom on the second floor it features a queen-sized bed, ensuite, wardrobe, ceiling fan and has a private deck with ocean views
Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe
Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and access to a private deck
Bedroom 4 features a fold-out double lounge, views over the garden, a study area if you need to do some work and ceiling fan


The family bathroom is downstairs and features a bathtub with shower overhead, vanity and toilet
Ensuite the master bedroom has an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet


The cosy lounge room leads out onto the front deck and features a TV, DVD player and ceiling fan.


The open plan kitchen opens onto the dining room. With its eclectic style and quirky finishes be prepared to be distracted while cooking. A five-burner gas stove and 900mm wide oven offers the main tool for a big cook up. There is a dishwasher for a quick clean up and the chef can chat to the family in the lounge or dining while prepping the veggies.

There is a small pond/water feature in the front garden so children should be supervised closely.
There is no free to air TV at the property. You can access all the playback services and Netflix through the smart TV.

Sandon Point is the precious gem in Bulli’s crown, elevated to show the sweeping coast line and the bays curving out to sea this is a surfer’s haven. Sandon Point is easily one of the best point breaks in the state. Join the epic coastal bike track that will take you all the way to Thirroul and beyond to the north or to Wollongong to the south.

Take a paddle board out on the glassy waters of Bulli beach in the early morning or catch the wind in the afternoon to clear out the cobwebs. Walk the canopy covered stairs to the boat sheds for great photos or a peaceful picnic.

The Bulli beach café sits just above the pool and the ocean and does wonders with fish and chips while Ruby’s a little further down serves up a killer burger. Or wander into the village for a drink, feed and live bands at legendary Heritage Hotel.

Keep Sundays free for the Foragers Market at the Bulli showground organic food, yummy treats, local honey and butter, amazing crafts – it is well worth visiting.
