THE LOCATION
Coalcliff offers both a sea and mountain getaway with a 500m beach on one side and the towering escarpment unfolding behind. First discovered by shipwreck survivors, the coal on its cliffs proved to be their salvation, thus giving rise to the name. A few days here, at one of the most distinctive Coalcliff holiday rentals, may well prove to be your salvation as well!A serene coastal village, this is a place to escape time, stress and traffic and be consumed by the raw natural beauty of the landscape. When you are ready for a faster pace, head to the Sea Cliff Bridge, Scarborough Pub and the hubs at Austinmer or Thirroul for some shopping, coffee and people watching.

For those with kids, Leeder Park is a short walk away and has an ocean rock pool with a children's pool attached. Be sure to check out the Thong tree at the end of Paterson Road where the coasts lost thongs have found a home.Alternatively, head to the Bombie Bar (located in the Coalcliff Surf Club) which hosts live music concerts on alternate Sundays during summer, and attracts well-known local, national and international performers.

First Floor has a toilet for easy access from the living and dining room floor.
Ground level featuresa family bathroom with bathtub with shower overhead, vanity and toilet and the master bedroom has its own ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
Lower Ground level features a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.

LIVING
The first level is a large, light open plan living area with a lounge room, dining area and kitchen this leads out to a large entertainers courtyard with gorgeous views of both the sea and the escarpment.
On the lower ground level, there is a large rumpus room set up as a media room with surround sound and a big screen TV.

KITCHEN
The first floor features a galley style kitchen with a four-burner ceramic top stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine and dishwasher. You will have everything needed to cook up a feast.
There is a second kitchenette on the lower ground level perfect for making snacks and drinking while enjoying a movie.

OUTDOORS
The first-floor entertainers balcony is the main outdoor space for this house and features a large dining and lounge setting and has a BBQ. If you are travelling with children Leeder park is only a few minutes walkaway.
