Off the main road this cottage is nestled amongst palm trees and is very accessible to everything. Walk to the beach in 7 minutes or to the cafes and little shops of the village in under 6 minutes. Explore the ocean baths and rock pools of Coledale which are considered some of the most beautiful on the coast. Be sure to pop into the Coledale markets (fourth Sunday of every month) for artisan gifts and yummy food which are only a 5 minute walk away. A quick 5 minute drive along the coast from this accommodation in Coledale will see you in Thirroul - a vibrant centre with supermarkets, boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Bedroom 2 A cozy, private room featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, leafy outlook and reading chair.
Bedroom 3 Furnished with two singles - it is the perfect spot for the kids or friends to stay up all night chatting.
Bedroom 4 Has a queen bedroom within a completely private apartment on the lower level with its own lounge and bathroom. This is the place for a little romance or a lot of relaxation.

It is equipped with a guitar for the strummers and kids toys to keep the little ones occupied. The dining room features a modern timber table with a stunning light fitting above offering a dramatic setting for gourmet dinners and relaxed breakfasts. It can seat 8 comfortably.A little lounge room downstairs is ideal as a parents retreat, romantic hideaway or to send the kids to for some peace and quiet. This room has a TV that only plays DVD's due to the back reception on the block. The main lounge room now has a gas heater and the pot belly stove is no longer there but the gas heater does make the property toasty and warm.

- There is now a microwave at the property!
- The downstairs level is not accessible from upstairs - you need to walk to the side steps and around to the backyard.
- The back gate on Gifford Street is not accessible to guest vehicles as the owner is trying to keep the grass green and growing.
- There is no dishwasher at this property.
- The TV reception at this property is very patchy and unreliable.
- There are ceiling fans in the lounge and one fo the bedrooms and pedestal fans in the others
