If you need a little excitement Thirroul with its hipster coffee shops and posh boutiques is a mere 5 minute drive, while even bigger city delights will greet you in Wollongong. It is also a perfect base for day trips to the Sea Cliff Bridge, Sublime Point and the Royal National Park to the north. Light filled and with high ceilings the upstairs living area is an open plan space that encompasses the lounge, dining and kitchen and opens ontoa deck that drinks in the sea views. The lounge features a TV, DVD player and a gas fireplace. The dining table comfortably seats 8. At the back is a comfortable snug spot that is the perfect spot for reading in the sun or snoozing without being disturbed.
The gourmet kitchen features ceramic stove top, oven, dishwasher, micorwave, full fridge and freezer and a Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine. It is equipped for a good range of cooking and there is a BBQ on the downstairs deck.
The front of the house offers a private pebbled courtyard with firepit perfect for a cool night and offering the chance to take in the stars. At the back is a small sun soaked deck that leads onto the lawn and then onto the ocean -this home is truly waterfront. Featuring a gas BBQ you can plan a feast on the lawn as you watch the waves.

The backyard of this home is not fenced, the neighbours along Coledale Avenue maintain an open garden design so that the sea can be viewed at its best. However guests are asked to stay within the grounds of the property and use only the amenities of the house. The back garden also leads directly into the ocean and so this property is not suitable for families with pre-school aged children.

Explore the ocean baths and rock pools which are considered some of the most beautiful on the coast. Be sure to pop into the Coledale markets (fourth Sunday of every month) for artisan gifts and yummy food.
Although the tiny strip of shops in Coledale can be traversed in a few minutes its offering are rich. Cheddo’s café and restaurant has the flair, sophistication and freshness of any Mediterranean eatery with a light filled setting and pastries calling your name from the marble bar. The cellar next door has an impressive wine, cider and beer selection. Coledale RSL offers beverages at the best prices in town and Schnitzels that could feed a family.
