This property is in the quiet coastal village of East Corrimal, located just 800 metres from the beach, kids playground, coast cycle and walking track. East Corrimal is one of Wollongong's hottest emerging suburbs. An influx of hipsters, artists and trendy young families has transformed this beachside suburb into a stylish enclave. With a beach that seems to stretch forever and a lake that attracts vibrant birdlife year round. It offers the best of the coast without the crowds.
You only need to walk to the end of Murray Road and you will be at the beachfront and reserve. The bike path leads all the way north to Stanwell Park and south to Wollongong. Head south and you will find a brilliant picnic area complete with undercover tables and BBQ facilities, a kids playground and toilet block. All leading to the ocean pool and of course the beach.
The local cluster of shops with a supermarket, butcher and a great hipster cafe Franks n Beans that will both surprise and delight you with its menu and service. There is also a medical centre, hairdresser, bottle shop and bakery so plan to park the car and forget about traffic.

The galley style kitchen offers a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and DeLonghi coffee machine. Throw together a fresh salad and some BBQ'd seafood or go all out with gourmet fare. You can keep an eye on the kids in the yard and serve straight out onto the outdoor areas.
A huge undercover back deck offers enough space for 8 to dine and to recline opening onto a large expanse of grass for the kids and a trampoline. A fire pit means that the outdoors can be enjoyed as evening descends.
