Wombarra is a locals haven, little knownby visitors but rich in coastal beauty its long stretch of beach runs all the way to Scarborough and is a great spot for surfing, swimming and fishing. There is a popular ocean pool at its northern end if the swell gets too much or holiday indulgence calls for early morning laps.

Only a 2-minute drive to the iconic Scarborough Hotel, be sure to stop in for good pub fare with jaw-dropping views the large grassed area and relaxed atmosphere makes it ideal for those travelling with children. Keep driving further up the coast road and you will hit the Sea Cliff Bridge, walk itslength and feel the sea breeze through your hair. The downstairs bathroom features a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet. The upstairs bathroom has a large couples tub,vanity and toilet.
LIVING
This home offers a range of living areas and nooks so that every member of the family can be comfortably relaxed. The foyer offers four stylish and comfortable wing back chairs ideal for relaxing with a chilled glass of wine and chatting the day away. Off the foyer is a lounge room with a TV and DVD player this room that opens out onto the side deck and its lovely gardens. Beyond this is a dining area which comfortably seats 8 while being open to the kitchen - so the cook is part of the action. A breakfast bar overlooking the pool and the garden offers a perfect spot to savour a coffee. Upstairs the living room offers music and comfortable seating so you can simply enjoy each others company.
KITCHEN
A full kitchen with no compromise, gourmets and home cooks alike will love the 900mm gas stove with 5 burners, electric oven, microwave, fridge and pantry. There is plenty of utensils for a good range of cooking and the chef is well looked after with lovely views and access to the family at the dinner table.
OUTDOORS
The downstairs features a lovely garden area for a picnic or simply snoozing with a book while an elevated deck offers the view and the chance to dine or relax perched above the world. The pool and its surrounding areashave plenty of space for swimmers and spectators alike. While the upstairs deck is where the views will both capture and calm you.

THINGS TO KNOW
If you have not noted it before 3 of the beds are of a fold out beds so that the space of the house can be fully utilised.
The pool is surrounded by beautiful gums and so they do drop their leaves particularly if it is windy. The pool is regularly serviced but may have someleaves in it when you arrive.

A gorgeous sculpture garden set in the Illawarra rainforest where 60 plus artworks are made more beautiful by the dappled light and the sound of birds. ‘The Bowlo’ which offers barefoot bowls, a restaurant serving Thai and Australian favourites and drinks at yester year prices.
The spectacular ocean pool offers a respite from the heat and beautiful views out to sea, wander around the rock exploring the tiny sea life and watch crab scuttle by.
