For a fantastic peaceful and relaxing massage look no further than Touch of Thai in Thirroul the setting is tranquil and the service is bliss. If you are well prepared then you may be able to nab a session at the ibah Austinmer spa it is booked 3 months in advance so if you miss out, you might be able to book into their Thirroul Spa. You can't go past the Novetel's Spa in Wollongong it is ideal if you want to go for cheeky drink post-facial.
Wollongong has the fantastic Ipac theatre which hosts both regional and travelling shows - be sure to book ahead as the theatre has a strong subscription and local following. Good live music can be found at the Heritage Hotel in Bulli, Anita's Theatre in Thirroul or the Towradgi Beach Hotel.
